i have a dali ikon subwoofer which has stopped working. have checked cable going into amp, changed fuse on kettle plug and also tried another kettle plug. it apears to have no power going to it. it should have a red light which illuminates when inactive and it goes green when active. the power switch on back is on so not sure whats wrong. would be grateful if you could fix this as its part of a x setup and all the speakers match. kind regardsmr ferry

when pulling out a speaker cable from quad power amp the plastic collar was broken and fell away, consequently it now needs a new speaker socket fitting. can you do this please?


i have a nad c 521i cd player which has been inconsistent, sometimes not reading a disc and sometimes sounding scrambled (amplifier and speakers are fine) recently the loading tray won`t open at all - mechanism seems dead. I live locally so can drop it in if that helps.
