activ subwoofer not working


i purchased ibiza stand up bluetooth speaker about year ago. about 2 weeks ago as soon as I turn it on there is just monotone sound ! when I connect it with my phone via bluetooth it plays the song fine but as soon as the song changes the monotone sound starts! then if I turn it off and on it works fine until the song changes again ! no idea what`s wrong with it !would you be able to look at it !?

i live in stranraer. I have two behringer b215xl speakers, a behringer super - x pro cx2310 cross over and a behringer ep4000 power amp.
