i have a pair of mackie hr824 mk1 , one of them has now got a rattle when the bass is pushed, I removed the woofer/tweeter cover and then screwed it back on and there was a little improvement which makes me think it`s something loose inside and not a damaged woofer. could you quote me a full service of both speakers and also just the repair work for one?

snapped the rca pin into the speaker. tried to remove the pin by tweezers and a hot screw. didn`t work. I think the whole rca part needs replacing. looked to replace it myself but its sealed at the back of it. can you help?
