hi there... I have a sony ps-dj9000. its a great turntable, a bit beaten up due to use but it has a broken tone arm latch (the metal bar on the tonearm assembly is fine but the plastic latch has broken off. it`s also missing a foot. (due to poor storage) it spins fine and I have tested its speed and consistency and is great... I am just looking to talk to someone about it and getting the parts for it or how I can fashion a tone arm latch and buying a headshell and stylus for it. I would also like to find out how it could be cosmetically upgraded. it looks a bit horrible. please call me as i`d love to have a chat about it with someone who is familiar with this model. thanksphil

hi- i`m not sure if you`re able to help but I thought i`d try my luck!i recently came to own an old (1981 manufacture) portable dj mixer called a russco disco x I was hoping that if you have the time it might be possible to look at the unit. there is sound from both channels, though the left is consierdably worse than the right. ideally I wanted to restore the unit back to working condition by just replacing the very old circuitry with modern components, but on opening it up it`s a little trickier than I anticipated. if its something you would look at, or could help me find someone that might, i`d reallty appreciate it! (based in battersea, london)thanks, tom
