hi there I have two set of dj decks with the same problems. on my ddj sb3 my channel 1 volume fader cuts when I take it to the top. I believe it is due to a build up of dust inside the fader however you guys will know more than me on that front. I also have a numark platinum that started doing the same however this only played music when I held the volume fader at the top as opposed to cutting. I think it`s happened on both decks due to how I store them and they may require just some general maintenance and replacement faders. I hope you can help i`m anyway possible. many thanks

i really hope that you may be able to help me please. I recently spent all my savings on a new set up. the cue and play buttons on my denon sc3900s are not as responsive as they should be, and on one device cue has actually glitched to activate bpm lock instead. I have attempted to check the connections myself as it was transported via courier. in re-adjusting a main cable I may have damaged the connectors. now the screen won`t turn on and i`m quite upset as this was a massive investment for me. I hope to hear back from you soon, thanks, bailey
