i was looking to replace some tactile switches yesterday and found i`ve not got the correct ones. when I put it together something may have been shorted. there was a small puff of smoke and now only the left hand channel works properly. right hand fader and crossfader are permanently on. if you have any idea what this is and the cost to repair that would be great. if that works out, i`d like to know the cost of replacing 4 tactile switches too?thanksmartyn

reloop rmx-60 (4 channel club mixer, looks like a djm-800), no audio being output from the mixer at all, even though all the lines/channels are open correctly. i`ve tried connecting the master out (both rca and xlr) and record out to my speakers, but none of them seem to be outputting sound even though the mixer is recognising the audio signal coming from the decks via the led meters, and have tested this on every channel input...i can`t even get any audio on headphones via both cue jacks even though cue is switched on for the active channels!

hi, ive got a pioneer cdj mk3 1000(old but hardly used). when its in cd mode it works fine, but when I put it into vinyl mode it dosnt do anything. the other one I have works fine in both modes. regards!

Darren

we have a set of qsc speakers that are in need of diagnostics and repair. one (a k12) has internal arcing and automatically shuts itself off. it hasn`t been used since this was found to avoid exacerbating the fault. the others have (2 k10s and another k12) intermitent faults including hums and hisses that are independent of the cables being used for them. the power led has stopped working on one of them but this is a minor issue.they are six years old and have been used weekly, being put up and taken down each week, not neccesarily correctly and this has taken it`s toll.we would like to get them diagnosed and serviced if that would be practical.

hi,i don`t know who runs this site, or how you distribute jobs. but I have had decks collected over 4 weeks ago now. the company djsr are very slow in responding if at all. I was assured my turntables would be completed within 28 days.i find this service unacceptable, I have paid 285 and given my decks to a company I don`t know and who really lack customer service skills.i will now be looking into a legal route of fraud in relation to this issue. regards steven fraser
