i have a pair of yamaha hs5 monitor speakers, one of which appears to need repairing. when powered, the speaker emits loud hissing and crackling noise, and I have eliminated the possibility of it being an issue with the cables. the noise occurs without being connected via xlr which is why I think its an issue within the speaker.

i would like a quote for repairing my technics x turntable. I accidentally dropped it out of the flight case when I was packing up after a gig. the tone arm fixing clip is broken but I would also like a check to see if there is anymore damage. i have a pioneer ddj-sb - one of my jog wheel sensors seems to have a mind of its own, after scratching or spinning in vinyl mode it will randomly stop playing. unable to press play.. the only thing that gets it to work is spinning loads or touching it repeatedly until it eventually comes back on - or avoiding the fault by simply turning vinyl mode off all together, but obviously isnt idea. ive messed with the settings and plugged it into multiple computers and ive narrowed it down to being a fault in the controller as best I can..just wondering how much repairs are for this kind of fault
